All Soft Heavy Cream

I've been a dedicated heavy cream user for years. I've even turned roommates, boyfriends and boyfriends' brothers onto the stuff. The new formula pales in comparison. Please bring back the old formula!

Used the old formula for years and was amazing. New formula horrible. Feel so sad. being searching for the old formula everywhere to stock up.

I moved to El Paso last year, and found my hair breaking and feeling very dry at the ends. I got the ends cut, but still brittle. It only took one use for me to be hooked on this product. It restored the natural shine and softness to my hair.

I have to say ladyes, I dont agree on this one, This new formula for the All soft treatment is much better than the old, makes hair very silky soft and shiny and I have bleached thick hair. But the new all soft conditioner sucks

Bring back originals on both Heavy Cream and Extreme Cat treatment in tube, they were the best! Why change great products? I left Redken products 7 yrs ago because of the Extreme change, now the Heavy Cream.

The old stuff was so much better! Please bring it back!

This is just not as good. How many times does Redken need to hear it before they will listen to their customers?? Please hear those who are loyal to your products.

This was a great product, but I guess they are now trying to sleep on laurels. I hope they improve this formula, meantime I will purchase something else

This product does exactly what it say! I never noticed a difference in my hair. Its very soft, silky and shiny! I recommend this product for those with damaged hair! They will definitely notice a difference in their hair after the 2nd or 3rd use. I'm look
