All Soft Shampoo

I have been using All Soft shampoo and conditioner for a couple of years and have loved it. I bought a new (notice the new labels and maybe even a slight change in the color of the bottle) bottle of each the first week of January and immediately noticed a change in my hair. This "new" formula is leaving an oily look and heavy feel to my hair that was never a problem before. Bring back the old!!

This Shampoo and Conditioner has done excellent with my irritated, dry (all the above) scalp! When using the shampoo I scrub my scalp with warm water. Then when it's time for the conditioner I rinse my hair off in cool (sometimes cold) water. This helps m

i swear that this line(especially the shampoo and heavy cream)was my HG,no.1 hair products ever!!! i have used it for over 3 years and i was sooooo in love with this!

This shampoo makes my hair sooo soft and silky! This is my first Redken line, and I'm very impressed! I am pleased to say that I will be purchusing this again!! If you want touchable softness (yes, it lives up to its name), you need to try Redken All Soft

Once I used this shampoo, my hair was beyond shiny, and it felt like silk!

I'm very sad the Redken changed their all-soft formula. I just bought a new bottle and noticed the difference immediately. My hair feels alot drier and is frizzy. Never had this problem before. Been using it for 10 years. Noticed negative reviews on the new conditioner too. Glad I still have an old bottle of that one. Will look for a new shampoo :(
