This new forumla is terrible. Weighs my hair down and it feels dirty within 23 hours. Redken has lost me as a customer. Why dont they do like Sebastan did as they brought back their "orginal" shaper plus hairspray because that is what their customers wanted. Boo to Redken for not listening to us!!
Forgot to rate it a one star!
Tried the new conditioner and it is terrible. It makes my hair flat and feels dirty within just a few hours. Since a majority of the reviews are not favorable, please listen to your users and discontinue the new formula and go back to the old one which YOUR customers will buy again that is IF they come back.

You guys spoilt everything! The new formula is a disgrace! Terrible on my hair, it made it look soooo thin...NO VOLUME AT ALL!!! TERRIBLE! Please bring the old formula back! You are your own enemies! You will loose customers with this new terrible one.
I was told by the people at the saloon where I purchase Redken Body Full that this product was discontinued. They suggested Finish UP Daily Weightless conditioner along with Densify Texturizing shampoo. I started today so I can't comment on these products. I've been using Redken with Progaine shampoo suggested by a dermatologist for years. It works for me. Now, how to order Body Full.
Would review less than one star if I could. Please bring back old formula was perfect for fine hair new formula horrible!!!! Ways down hair!!!!!!! Redken are you listening? I'm sure your sales are showing the dislike for new product I will no longer buy, in search of new line. Would come back in heart beat if old formula came back PLEASE! New isn't always better.
The new formula is definitely disappointing. I'm with the others. Bring the old one back. This may be my last purchase of this product.
Old formula was like liquid gold for fine hair loved it please, please bring back old formula for body full used to love!
