My problem with this shampoo is not that it doesn't make my hair full. It does. But it gets very stiff to comb through in the shower even if you use conditioner. You don't want to use conditioner on your scalp because then the volume dissapears. Result: unable to comb through my hair at the scalp.

Wanting to add body to my thin hair, I decided to spend more money than usual and get the body full shampoo and conditioner... extremely dissapointing. My hair turned out dull (no shine) and flat (no body at all). I even went back to read the directions on the bottle to see if there was something unique about the application and found nothing I didn't do... I don't recommend this product.
I used to love Redken shampoos but now can't find one that I even like a little. The new Clear Moisture makes my hair feel like straw, the new All Soft makes my hair greasy and weighed down! They were my #1 shampoos but now they lost a customer!
