LOVE all of the other Time Reset products but the conditioner is AWFUL. I could barely get a brush through my hair after using it. It may provide nutrients, but it seems they left the detangler out!!
I've used Redken products for years but this I a truly awful product. My hair is knotty and dry even when wet. I can't comb it through with a wide tooth comb in the shower, even if I put lots in my hair. How can I exchange it please? I love Extreme and wish I hadn't wasted my money on this.

I have tried many different conditioner, my hair is fine, but lots of it, and long. I could NOT get the comb through my hairs even though I only used on the ends, it's the worst conditoner I have ever used, how do I get a refund ???? Rating ZERO
Left my long, color-treated hair feeling like straw. I would've given it zero stars but it wasn't possible. Wish I had read the reviews before I bought it.
I'm a hairdresser and am so disappointed in this product. It must be overly fortified or something it leaves hair feeling dry and tangly. The other products in the line are terrific, but as an every day duo the shampoo and conditioner falls short.
This conditioner is horrible! Very disappointed! I'm glad I only bought a $3.00 bottle. The Shampoo is good, but I was very disappointed in the conditioner. My hair still felt like a tangled mess. Had to put extreme leave in treatment to get a comb through it. Redkin needs to improve this formula.
My hair feels terrible after rinsing this out but my hair always turns out lovely when I'm done blow drying. I don't understand the disconnect. I do use the Smooth Down leave in cream conditioner every day so that definitely helps. My husband keeps steal
I hope I can return this product - it doesn't condition my hair at all. I was breaking off my hair when combing out after shampooing - which is what I was trying to prevent! I'm disappointed in Redkin -usually like their products. Unfortunately I bought a huge bottle!
OK, but I was hoping for a better result. The conditioner did ok, but not revitalized enough. Something was missing.
