This is the worst conditioner I have ever used. My hair becomes more knotted and tangled when I put the conditioner in. There is no "slip" from this product. It's very unpleasant. I love the shampoo so much, if there weren't so many other negative reviews I would wonder if I had a defective bottle, but I think it's a bad product.
After using Redken products for years...shocked that they could stand behind a product like this.....What to do with a ltr bottle of the rubbish??
I purchased the 33.8 oz. bottle of this conditioner and have
used it four times. I can't get a comb thru my hair after using
it and when my hair has been dried, I have so much static
electricity, I have to use a spray-on leave in conditioner to tame my hair down. This product is more like a non-conditioner.
I was so angry when I wrote my review I didn't adjust the stars down to one star. It should be zero stars!
I thought it was just me until I read these reviews. I bought the large bottle for $32. I have fine hair and one of the hair stylists thought it would be great for my hair. She was obviously trying to "unload it" or she just didnt have a clue what she was talking about! It just matted my hair and I could not comb it out at all with any size comb! I'm just angry! Why is this still on the market?
I couldn't give it a 0 star rating. It was like no conditioner at all. Even wet my hair felt corse and rough and I could barely get a comb through the tangles. And once dry my hair was the worst it's ever been. Even with my softened water at home it was like using the crappiest cheap hair products in a hotel with the hardest water ever. Just awful. Somebody really missed on this one.
This has got to be the worst conditioner I have ever used! It makes my hair tangle and gives it a very dry brittle feel. I wish I could get my money back!
I bought the shampoo & condiitioner, thinking this was going to help my hair situation , it's awful I cannot get a comb through my fine, thin very fragile hair!!! Shampoo seems to be fine but conditioner needs to be redesigned!!
This was recommended to me and I brought a litre here in NZ. I am so gutted and disappointed in this product and feel ripped of as now I cant try and resell it because its that terrible!! Over $100 worth of product down the drain....
WORST STUFF ON MARKET. THEY NEED TO GET THE YOUTH REVITALIZER ON LARGER SIZE TAKE THIS OFF MARKET....
