Product instructions say to use everyday on dry or damp hair. This product if used on dry hair takes the hair back to it's natural curly state if pressed, or needing a re-do if you wear a relaxer. Which leaves my clients and I not very happy with this pro

can anyone tell me if they`re having problems getting their comb through their hair after using the Intra Force System please,I was recommended this product when my hair started falling & after 5 days im really struggling to gently comb my hair,,will it improve with continued use ? or should I stop using the system ? any help would be greatly appreciated.

Redken says will "promote hair density, combat thinning hair".It's just another mouse that makes hair lack softness and shine. Dont think good for dry hair.Returning it.Will try shampoo and cond.If they disappoint-back they go too!
when can I purchase these products individually instead of in a package. I still have shampoo left, but I want to buy the scalp treatment and can't find it unless I buy the package.
I have used the 3 products for 2 months. I like the conditioner, but find shampoo very drying.
After using the Scalp Treatment, my hair loses the shine it had before. I cannot use the products daily because my hair is so much drier. I see absolutely no difference in thickness, and also notice more hairs at the bottom of the shower when I use the products.
I just started using the three step system (about four weeks ago), and I am loving it! Besides 2 an 3, I do use another sculpting foam on my hair when I want to dry it straight...I am a natural curly baby! :)

Cosmetologist said use only this product, no other mousse. Hair now has body like a dishrag, tough to curl, lucky if curl lasts a few hours. Really needs work--or can I go back to Nexxus mousse?
