If my client comes in and her hair is really to clean, i spray this in the hair and it gives it a nice workable texture with out putting lots of product!!
I would like to know if it has sulfates
Powder refresh is not only good for that second day hair, but it brings the roots up to a whole new level! If my client needs some extra volume, I just add a little at the roots for a little more lift! It is great stuff!
