When did you know you wanted to do hair?

It all began with the "real size" barbie head when I was 6. I was 16, then it continued with the neighbors hair...if she could only get a real haircut now! I've always had a passion for hair, fashion and beauty, which still drives me to do what I love!

How long have you been doing color?

I have being doing color for eight years.

How would you describe your approach to doing hair color?

My guest is my "blank canvas" and I can begin to create! After a great consultation with the guest, together, we can create an amazing piece of artwork...whether it be a traditional look or fashionably loud.

What inspires your creativity?

Lots of things! Being a stylist means being an artist. I like to look at styles in the fashion industry, however, I love to look at designs and shapes everywhere and let my creative ability take over and create beautiful work.

What advice would you give someone considering coloring their hair for the first time?

There's so many different color choices with Redken, we can create ANY look they are wanting to achieve. Do it! It's an amazing experience...new color, with a great design, will boost your confidence.

Do you customize a hair color service for each and every client?

Absolutely. It's very important to be sure that the color service is complimentary of the guests features, their needs and everyday life.

Jennifer Aniston, Jennifer Lopez, Meagan Fox.

What's your approach to returning haircolor clients?

I want to be sure they are excited about their haircolor. I like to encourage new looks if they are considering doing so. It's very important to me that I communicate their needs each and every time they return to the salon.
