Step 2: Blow-dry with your fingers, keeping your dryer set on low heat/low speed for maximum frizz control.

Step 3: When hair is dry, wrap 1-inch section around a small-brrel curling iron.

Step 4: Finish by warming up rough paste 12 working material in your hands and lightly running through hair.
