Step One:
Make a deep side part. Apply full frame 07 all-over volumizing mousse to damp hair and blow dry.

Step Two: 
Clip away hair on top of the head, and then work from the bottom up. Spray small sections of hair with iron shape 11 finishing thermal spray. Wrap hair around large hairpins in a figure-8 motion and heat up with a flat iron- this creates a cool zig-zag pattern.

Step Three:
Use your fingers to separate the sections to give hair an airy, cloud-like effect. Lay top smooth section of hair over the textured bottom. Lock in place with control addict 28 high control hairspray.
