David Stanko

Haircolor and Redken Chemistry Consultant

David Stanko has been in the hair industry for the past 22 years and with Redken for the past 13.  Recently, Stanko spearheaded the testing and technical execution of Redken haircolor and lightener brands.  Today, as Haircolor Consultant for Redken and a working salon colorist in New York City, David has the unique opportunity to exercise his wide range of gifts and focus on color and Redken Chemistry.  First, he invents new ways to use the technology of haircolor in transforming how the world sees a person.  And then it’s his job to teach other salon professionals to see beyond the technology of that process to the artistry of their final work.  And, clearly, he knows what he’s doing.  David’s haircolor work has been featured in the pages of top fashion publications, including Vogue, Glamour, In-Style, Latina and Elle.

Jenny Balding

Beginning her career at the age of 18 in the UK, Scottish-born Jenny Balding eventually directed her hairstyling career to New York City.  Balding is now one of the most sought after stylists at the prestigious Cutler/Redken Salon. In addition to working behind the chair, Balding is a seasoned session stylist who has worked with Redken backstage at the top runway shows, has created the looks for editorial fashion spreads, and has been featured in publications including American Salon and television programs including Extra! and Good Day New York.
