New Hue, New You: Bold, Blonde, and Beautiful (Episode 10)

In episode 10 of “New Hue, New You,” —a YouTube video series that revolves around Redken Artists providing makeovers to lucky Redken clients to build confidence and positively change their lives—we meet Stacy, a Wisconsin native who has had a busy year and not much time for self care. Read on to see Stacy's incredible transformation!

MEET THE CLIENT

Name: Stacy

Occupation: Special Education Teacher

Hair Challenge: She always wanted a beautiful Balayage, but can’t seem to banish her brassy tones!

Special Education teacher Stacy had a busy and exciting year. Between teaching her students, and buying her first home, she didn’t have much time for self care.

“In the midst of all this craziness, I’ve lost a little bit of myself. I think a hair refresh would really help me find balance.”

Stacy had always wanted a gorgeous Balayage, but could never quite get the icy, bombshell tone she was looking for.
“I love being blonde, but I don’t like the tone of my hair. The tone of my hair is very brassy, and it looks damaged.”

THE HAIR MAKEOVER

To give Stacy the icy, cool blonde she’d always wanted, Redken Artist Justin Isaac turned to Shades EQ Gloss to add shine and dimension.

Justin gave Stacy and all over Balayage, focusing on adding depth to Stacy’s haircolor. Justin also sent Stacy home with Redken’s new Color Extend Blondage Shampoo and Condition, which helps maintain the strength and tonality, to help keep her blonde #RedkenReady long after her color service.
