I have thin, fine hair and I have used every type of volumizing spray, foam, mousse, gel, liquid there is --- and some have been good, some have been okay, and some have gone right into the trash.

love this product along with the body full shampoo and conditioner for fine/flat hair. left my hair soft, manageable and full of body with or without blow drying. please don't discontinue it.
