Redken products are sold on Redken.com, select retailers and hair salons across the country. To locate a Redken product please enter your address or zip code into our salon locator to find a salon selling Redken products. We recommend you call ahead when looking for a specific product.

L’Oréal, the parent company of Redken, no longer tests any of its products or any of its ingredients on animals, anywhere in the world nor does L’Oréal delegate this task to others. The Redken Gallerie is in the brand new Redken Exchange located at 404 Fifth Avenue, New York, NY 10018. No appointment is needed to visit the Gallerie. You can also visit Redken.com and enter your zip code into the salon locator to find a Redken salon closest to you.
You can buy genuine Redken products on www.redken.com as well as from your local Redken salon and through their websites. Authentic products are also available at Amazon, Ulta, Beauty Brands, Planet Beauty, Look Fantastic, and JCPenney Salons. If you purchase your Redken products anywhere other than from these aforementioned authorized retailers, your products are considered “diverted” and you may be at risk by purchasing them. Redken products are not guaranteed when sold in mass stores or groceries. Redken products are exclusively sold on www.redken.com, in Redken salons and at select authorized retailers like Amazon, Ulta, Beauty Brands, Planet Beauty, Look Fantastic, and JCPenney Salons. Diverted products can be counterfeit, diluted formulas, or old, expired formulas that may not be safe to use. Contaminated or counterfeit products could cause irritation or even infection. If you buy our products in a supermarket, drugstore or any other outlet other than the aforementioned authorized retailers, we cannot guarantee the authenticity of your Redken product. Redken is currently sold in 58 countries across the world.
Redken.com currently accepts all major credit cards which include: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or debit cards with the Visa/MasterCard logo. We do not accept personal checks and money orders. If you are having difficulties checking out, we recommend contacting our Consumer Care team Mon-Fri 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST (except holidays) at 1-800-423-5280, or trying a different card.
An order confirmation will appear as the last step in your order process. Shortly after, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with an order number and summary of your order.
Once you have placed an order, you can review its status at any time under My Account Profile. To review past order history, go to My Account Profile then Order History. This screen will display all orders you have placed with Redken and will include order numbers and confirmation dates.
Once an order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking information. You may also call Customer Service for assistance tracking your order.
Currently, Redken ships to the contiguous 48 U.S. states, plus Alaska and Hawaii as well as U.S. territories (such as Puerto Rico and Guam). Shipments to international destinations is not available. In order to make purchases at Redken, you must have both a shipping address and credit card billing address within the United States. In addition, the issuing bank must be based in the United States.
If you are unsatisfied with a product, you may return it within 30 days of purchase with your original receipt. We do not do exchanges. We cannot accept returns on overly used products. Shipping and handling are not included in refunds.

Select the item(s) you would like to return. Print the return label and packing slip.
Pack your item(s) in the original packaging if possible. Please include the packing slip inside the packaging. Secure the return shipping label to the outside.
Drop your return at a UPS location.
Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed and payment refunded, excluding the cost of shipping your return, to your original form of payment.
Redken.com has select Liter and 500ML products.
Redken does not test for or claim that our products are hypo-allergenic. If you have a specific allergy, please contact us at 1-800-423-5280 to determine if a product is suitable for use.
There are no specific restrictions for using our products. However, you should always consult your doctor for questions or concerns.
For the most accurate recommendation of which products are most suited to your hair type, we recommend visiting a Redken Stylist in a salon. Registering on the site not only allows you to shop on the Redken website, but also enables you to use our personalized features such as favorites and exclusive offers. Registered customers may also opt to be part of our Redken mailing list. Returning customers who have already completed the registration process, simply sign-in to access their existing account. You may access the registration / sign-in screen by clicking My Account from the top navigation.
