Okay so my mask was locked in with a steamer for extra boost!!! I will say Redken did amazing on this line!!! For a woman of color I never thought their products were for me or my hair type!!! I have thick long coarse hair that is curly at times and wavy at times. It does it’s own thing. I sweat a lot and my scalp get dry and it does shed. So this treatment was definitely for me! So after using the shampoo and conditioner I sat with the mask on for about 15 minutes for the full effect with a steamer to trap in the goodness! I loved it, this moisturizing cream is super good. After washing my hair and detangling it, I applied the cream and combed it with my define brush and the result was super defined curls without frizz. It does a very good job of hydrating and softening the curls. I really like that it has jojoba oil which is very good for hydrating. The shape of my curls after two days still held their shape and the hair looked healthy. It does not dry out or damage the hair. It is of very good quality and I can say that it is one of the best I have tried. It has a soft fragrance that you can barely smell. Try it you won't be disappointed. - yaide

This brushable Redken hairspray works exactly as it sounds! I'm able to style and spray my hair without that hard, sticky feeling. I can continue to brush and style if needed after spraying. My hair waves hold up well with this spray without looking stiff. I also LOVE the scent. It's a light, soft floral scent. Nothing overwhelming or perfumey. Very unique for a hairspray! Others have mentioned that it clogs right away. I rinse the nozzle with warm water after every use and haven't had any clogs as a result. Mermaid Finds Favorite Shampoo!
I've always had long, wavy hair, and despite being magical mermaid hair, it is surprisingly temperamental, so for YEARS I've been on the lookout for my "perfect" shampoo! I feel like this one, is the closest I've come to finding the perfect shampoo! It has a fairly pleasant smell (not fruity... I can't quite place it... it's almost a vanilla? But with some other perfume on top). If you're sensitive to scents, definitely use the shampoo sparingly (it lathers great, so a little bit honestly does go a long way!). I was afraid at first that it wasn't going to do my hair well, but after every use, my hair has felt luxurious! It lathered super well! I sweat a lot in my head because I work out a lot but she showed me how to work it into my hair and it had my hair feeling silky and my wave pattern started coming back through from all of the silk presses I’ve gotten over time! All I can say is WOW! I tried a couple times uploading two videos but they just didn't work. I wish you could see the magic. I have color treated, highlighted and long hair. She used the entire line on me before and after the coloring and wow my hair got SO soft.
