This is an awesome product. However 1-3 times a week is really too much. If after using the product your hair feels hard, even after conditioning, lay off for about a month. Too much protein is the issue. Otherwise this product is a gift for heat damaged hair.

Using this product 1 to 3 times a week for 5 minutes, makes my hair feel stronger, softer and healthier.
