A huge disappointment. We're led to believe this is a good-quality, upscale shampoo, yet the ingredients on the bottle say otherwise. Behaves like a supermarket brand shampoo -- way too alkaline! Watch out for its damaging sodium laureth sulfate, sodium hydroxide (lye) and benzyl compounds (no-no's).

Time reset shampoo and conditioner have improved the shine and softness of my dry, curly, hair more than any other product I've used...and I've used many!

Left my hair dry and tangled. I really don't like this shampoo or conditioner. Even after using conditioner I couldn't get a comb through my hair.

Not sure if something in my body's chemistry changed, but when I started using this product it seemed to put a stop to my thinning hair. Always left my hair shiny and gave it body.
