By becoming a Redken Loves You Rewards member, you will enjoy many benefits depending on the Tier you are part of. Your Tier positioning depends on the $ amount spent within a calendar year.

The Redken Loves You Rewards program has three levels of members status (Fan, Lover, Obsessed). When your spend within a calendar year qualifies you for the next member level, you will be upgraded automatically and begin receiving additional benefits.
Tier 1 - Redken Fan: Anyone with a registered account on Redken.com.
Tier 2 - Redken Lover: Anyone spending over $150 within a rolling 12 months of signing up.
Tier 3 - Redken Obsessed: Anyone spending over $250 within a rolling 12 months of signing up.

We launched Redken Loves You Rewards Program in July 2024. If you were already registered for a www.redken.com account, you can continue to sign in to your existing account and will automatically be enrolled in our new loyalty program. All existing account-holders will have loyalty functionality automatically added to their accounts.
New users will be opted-in to loyalty upon creating an account on Redken.com. If users sign up for a loyalty account sometime after making a purchase or purchases, any $ spent prior to sign-up will NOT count towards their loyalty tier threshold. Purchases made prior to signing up for loyalty are also not eligible for points.
You earn points for every purchase on www.redken.com.
- In 'Redken Fan' Tier 1 - for every $1 spent, you earn 2 points.
- When you have moved to 'Redken Lover' Tier 2 - for every $1 spent, you earn 4 points.
- In 'Redken Obsessed' Tier 3 - for every $1 spent, you earn 6 points.
Points can also be earned for creating an account, subscribing to email/SMS, taking the hair quiz, using the virtual try-on tool, creating a wishlist, writing a review, following Redken on TikTok, Instagram or Youtube, opting into auto-replenishment, adding your birthday, phone number & mailing address to your account. Tier 1 'Redken Fan' will receive 2 points for every $1 spent when shopping on www.redken.com.
Tier 2 'Redken Lover' will receive 4 points for every $1 spent when shopping on www.redken.com.
Tier 3 'Redken Obsessed' will receive 6 points for every $1 spent when shopping on www.redken.com.
To redeem your points for a reward, you must go in your account profile and select the Reward Catalog. These items are comprised of hair and beauty accessories and are redeemable with varying levels of points. The assortment of products found in the catalog is subject to change based on redeemable items and their corresponding points. You will see all the rewards you are eligible to redeem points for depending on the amount of points you have earned. Click on the reward you would like to redeem and it will be added automatically to your cart & you may continue shopping. Your reward must be added to an order with haircare product(s) to ship. Reward only orders will not be processed.
To redeem your points for $ off your order total, select Redeem at checkout next your points balance. You will be able to redeem $1 off your order for every 100 points you have earned.
Your tier will be not affected by your points redemption.
While you can use your points on orders with other promotions, please note that in order to be eligible for a free gift with purchase, you must meet any required threshold after using pay with points.
Regarding points earned on purchases, we are pleased to inform you that there is no limit to the number of points you can earn through your purchases. Every eligible purchase you make will continue to contribute towards your points balance, allowing you to accumulate points based on the value of your purchases.
However, it's important to note that there is a limit to the number of points that can be earned through participation in site activities. The specific limit varies by activity and is designed to ensure fairness and prevent abuse of the system.
Points in our program have an expiration period of a rolling 12 months. This means that any unused points will expire and will not rollover to the next period. We want to ensure that our members have the opportunity to enjoy the benefits of their earned points within a reasonable timeframe. To help you keep track of your points and their expiration, we provide notifications from the brand. These notifications will inform you when your points are about to expire, giving you a reminder to redeem them before they are lost.
For example, let's say you earned points in July 2024. If you do not redeem those points by the end of July 2025, they will expire at the end of July 2025. We want to encourage our members to make the most of their loyalty rewards and enjoy the benefits they've earned. It's also important to note that loyalty gifts and promo codes follow the same expiration policy of a rolling 12 months. This ensures that our members have access to the latest offers and promotions, and it encourages timely engagement with the program.

When it comes to tier level downgrades in the Redken Loves You Rewards program, we have a policy in place to ensure fairness and encourage continued engagement.
Once you reach a higher tier level, you will retain that level for the remainder of the current calendar year, as well as the following calendar year. This means that you have ample time to enjoy the benefits and rewards associated with your current tier. However, to maintain your tier level beyond the following calendar year, you will need to requalify for the same tier before December 31st. If you don't spend enough to meet the qualification threshold for your current tier or a higher tier, you may be downgraded to the first tier when the next calendar year starts in January.
If you find yourself downgraded, you can always work your way back up to your prior member level by spending up to the threshold required for that tier. We encourage you to take advantage of current sales, promotions, and opportunities to earn points to help you reach your desired tier level again. Our goal is to provide a rewarding experience for all our members, and we want to ensure that everyone has the opportunity to enjoy the benefits associated with their tier level. When a return/refund is processed for an item or order, any points earned from the purchase of that item or order will be deducted from your account. This ensures that our loyalty program remains fair and accurate for all our valued customers. Please note that redeemed points are not refunded as our system does not allow for the reversal of redeemed points once they have been used. We apologize for any confusion or inconvenience this may cause.
Once the return shipment is received, usually about 48-72 hours after receiving the return, the necessary adjustments will be made to your account to reflect the deducted points. If you do not see the points posted after this timeframe, we encourage you to reach out to our customer support team and they will be happy to assist you and ensure that the necessary adjustments are made.
In the Redken Loves You Rewards program, points are not convertible into cash. Instead, they can be redeemed towards catalog items and also for dollars off a purchase. We offer a range of exciting catalog items that you can choose from, as well as the option to use your points to receive a discount on your purchase. To give you a better understanding of the value of your points, we have established a conversion rate where 100 points are equivalent to $1 off. This means that for every 1000 points you have, you can enjoy a $10 discount on your purchase. Please note that the redemption options may vary, and we regularly update our catalog to offer new and exciting items for our customers to choose from. The dollar value of points may also be subject to change based on any updates to our loyalty program.
You can use your points on orders (redeem 'pay with points' at checkout) in combination with 1 other promotion code offer (such as your Birthday Gift promotion code or a Sitewide sample promotion code). Please note that in order to be eligible for a free gift with purchase or sample offer, you must meet any required minimum dollar spend threshold after using pay with points is redeemed and your cart total calculated.
