All Soft Conditioner

I have just purchased the new All soft shampoo and conditioner and am really disappointed. This 'improved' formula is NOT as good as the previous one, the conditioner especially is nowhere near as nourishing and did not leave my hair as shiny, just limp. I hope I can still p[purchase the old All Soft instead, or I will be going back to Kerastase.

I've been using the AllSoft Shampoo & Conditioner for about 2 years now and love it. When my new order came in, it was the newer formula that says IPN on the front. The new shampoo is OK, but the new conditioner is not as good as the older conditioner. It is white in color (not gold/cream) and leaves my hair feeling dry/frizzy and not shiny , instead of soft, manageable, and shiny. Don't like!

I have used many hair products over the years. I fell in love with Redkin All-Soft and have used it exclusively since the first time I tried it. Several times when I purchased it, a hair stylist with long hair like mine would say, "That's what I use. I love it!" and we would discuss that it was so much better than anything else available. I couldn't agree more with the other recent reviews. I've used All Soft for years, and the new All Soft Conditioner formula is definitely NOT an improvement. The conditioner is 'thinner' and less nourishing. I feel like I have to use twice as much to condition my long hair, and may hair still seems dry and dull. If they don't bring back the old formula, I will have to switch brands.

Loved the old formula. Hate this new one. Leaves my hair heavy and greasy. Frankly, I want my money back so i can buy something that works. This is worse than a cheap store-brand.

After two washes, I could tell it was leaving my hair dry, and after a months use, my hair is like straw! I've now been using the Suave Keratin Infusion Shampoo & Conditioner for a week, and it makes my hair soft and manageable again. I would suggest others give it a try.

The new All Soft conditioner does not live up to it's name... I had to go get my hair cut because it left my ends so very dry. Redken~ please let me know if you bring the old formula back. I've been using it for 6 years but it is time to say goodbye... for now (I hope!).

I've seen a few reviews stating that the old formula was fantastic and the new formula is horrible. I completely agree. The new formula does not de-tangle well, and leaves my hair dry and frizzy. I won't be buying this product again unless it is changed back to the old formula.
