I like it so far. No complaints, I love how soft and light my hair is! I dont see anything wrong with it yet, although this is my first time using it.

Where can I find a sample or travel size conditioner

Old formula was like liquid gold for fine hair loved it please, please bring back old formula for body full used to love!

I used to use Biolage Energizing shampoo until they changed the formula. Then I discovered Redken's Body Full line and loved it! Now Redken changed the formula for the conditioner and it's horrible! I have fine hair and the original formula worked so much better for my hair type. Also, why didn't the new bottle style also say new formula on it? What a waste of $25.

I tried this conditioner and have to agree with viewers, not so much. I wish you would PLEASE bring back Phinal Phase, it was THE BEST conditioner EVER for fine, limp, hair. Why you deleted it from your hair care line is beyond me!?! You will win back all of us with volume issues, I promise!

I'm a stylist and love the old formula for my clients, but ever since this new formula came out with the addition of the so called wonder product silicone my clients end up with limp flat weighed down hair, so I'm using the Natures Rescue for now.

Also Redken I'm disappointed you recommend your clients Extreme, yes their hair will be more strength but 3x more weighed down with problem silicones

I loved the old formula, it really made my fine hair feel and look thicker. This new formula makes it feel limp and it definitely doesn't look thicker. I won't be using this anymore, after years of being happy with the old formula.
