I'm a stylist and love the old formula for my clients, but ever since this new formula came out with the addition of the so called wonder product silicone my clients end up with limp flat weighed down hair, so I'm using the Natures Rescue for now.
Also Redken I'm disappointed you recommend your clients Extreme, yes their hair will be more strength but 3x more weighed down with problem silicones
You guys spoilt everything! The new formula is a disgrace! Terrible on my hair, it made it look soooo thin...NO VOLUME AT ALL!!! TERRIBLE! Please bring the old formula back! You are your own enemies! You will loose customers with this new terrible one.
Old formula was like liquid gold for fine hair loved it please, please bring back old formula for body full used to love!
I used to use Biolage Energizing shampoo until they changed the formula. Then I discovered Redken's Body Full line and loved it! Now Redken changed the formula for the conditioner and it's horrible! I have fine hair and the original formula worked so much better for my hair type. Also, why didn't the new bottle style also say new formula on it? What a waste of $25.
Would review less than one star if I could. Please bring back old formula was perfect for fine hair new formula horrible!!!! Ways down hair!!!!!!! Redken are you listening? I'm sure your sales are showing the dislike for new product I will no longer buy, in search of new line. Would come back in heart beat if old formula came back PLEASE! New isn't always better.
I tried this conditioner and have to agree with viewers, not so much. I wish you would PLEASE bring back Phinal Phase, it was THE BEST conditioner EVER for fine, limp, hair. Why you deleted it from your hair care line is beyond me!?! You will win back all of us with volume issues, I promise!
I like it so far. No complaints, I love how soft and light my hair is! I dont see anything wrong with it yet, although this is my first time using it.
